Twylabite is an absolute cock.

TAH should file a formal, strongly (but politely) worded complaint detailing this utter incompetence and demand that the video evidence and time line be reviewed by Chancellor Knuckles.

He should also copy the complaint to PWE HQ in California and Cryptic.

However, deliberately staying logged in for 20 hours a day just to prove a point was not a particularly wise course of action.
TAH sent a detailed ticket including incident numbers, etc., demanding that it be escalated to Chancellor Knuckles and that Twylabite be barred from responding to any future support tickets they may file.

He as in who, Chancellor Knuckles? Meaning Chancellor Knuckles will copy the complaint or something else?

"He" as in the player who was banned for botting, although it could have been a "she".
